Jamela challenged me on areas outside of my comfort zone and made me really think about why I was reacting in the way I was over the situation / challenge I was facing. This allowed me to make an informed and balanced decision about my future along with giving me tools that I will continue to use in my everyday life .

Whilst being coached by Jamela I was comfortable and developed a quick rapport. When she asks me questions on reflection, she helps me open a door or path that I never thought of before.
